Check out my Curriculum Vitae.

Hi!  My name is Gabe Feinberg, and I'm in my 3rd year as a visitor in the math department at Haverford College.  While it was fun to live and learn as a graduate student at a large university like UConn, the liberal arts setting is where I feel most at home.  Working with non-math majors who love math, or math majors who love other subjects is invigorating.  The spirit and culture of exploration and collaboration can't be beat!  Some of the best classroom moments for me are those when I can "hand over the chalk" and allow my students to demonstrate the skills, curiosity, and confidence that I've helped them discover in themselves.

When I'm not doing or teaching math, I enjoy being outdoors, doing yoga, cooking, playing nerdy board games, and hearing/seeing/making music.  My favorite toys are my guitar, my sewing machine (I make my own bow ties), and my cast iron skillet.
