Course Description
 

Physical Education classes at Smith Academy School are designed to educate and prepare each student for lifetime health and fitness.

Major Goals and Objectives

Two days each week (A and B periods have it 4 days a week), students learn and practice skills appropriate for a particular sport or activity that incorporate high levels of cardiovascular fitness. Games and tournaments are played to enhance the appreciation of each sport. Students will also focus on specific activities that promote cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.
