The new iTriage app from AETNA allows you to keep up with your prescription, medical and doctor information in one location.  You can also view your medical insurance card at any time or search for answers to health questions. 

You will need your AETNA ID card to get started with the new app.

It is very important that all employees keep the administration office informed of marital status changes or child eligibility along with address, phone or name changes.  

Please also keep in mind that dependent children who are covered by insurance products will be dropped at the age of 26.  It is YOUR responsibility as the individual plan holder to inform the administration office when the child is near his/her 26th birthday to adjust payroll deductions.

Manage your prescriptions with easy refills, convenient access & online tools. You can now simply scan bar codes or qr codes with your cell phone on your mail service prescriptions to request your refill.
Some new features do not require a log in.  Download the app from Google Play or the App Store.

TRS Active Care members can view, print, or order a new card through the AETNA Navigator.  Follow the instructions on the link here.

All employees should take a few minutes to review your pay stub deductions.  You can go to the my benefits hub link to log in and print your current elections for comparison.
