Logging in to Gmail for the first time
Use this video to show you the steps to log into Gmail/Google Apps for the first time.
You might consider using this feature of google docs if you'd like to have a shared calendar amongst the members of your department or with other committee members(such as March Intensive). Any time you have to keep track of appointments or events as a group this is a good idea.
