Welcome to the HCS Department of Information Technology Virtual Help Desk!


We are pleased to announce a new service for our customers: an e-mail to ask questions that do not rise to the level of requiring a work order and are unrelated to PowerSchool (SIS-Help is still available for all things PowerSchool).  Examples include:

  • Request to block an inappropriate web site from students
  • Problems with a a user account, forgot or reset password
  • Questions about access
  • Error messages
  • Report an outage or network issues 
  • Questions about policies, procedures or practices

The new e-mail address is HCS-ITHelp@hampton.k12.va.us.  We will endeavor to answer your question or solve your issue as quickly as possible.
