Technology Integration Strategies to Enhance Learning

Course Objective:

This one credit, recertification course is intended to provide participants with skills to utilize various technology tools and strategies to enhance instruction in the classroom.  The course will be divided into five, three hours sessions. Each session will focus on a particular technology related theme.

Each session below will be facilitated by one of our Grant Wood consultants.  Contact information for all facilitators will be located at the bottom of each page, or the "contact" tab above.

Session 1 - April 1st - 6pm to 9pm

Session 2 - April 8th - 6pm to 9pm

Session 3 - April 15th - 6pm to 9pm

Session 4 - April 22nd - 6pm to 9pm

Session 5 - April 29th
 - 6pm to 9pm

So, If I'm Taking This Course For Credit... What Next?

For those of you who are taking this course for credit, here's the process once the class is over:

1. The instructor has two weeks (after the last day of class) to review student material and submit grades to our Grant Wood Professional Development office.

2. Once the Grant Wood Professional Development office receives the course grades they are usually entered into the system within 48 hours (barring any unforeseen issue).

3. After the above time-frame, you may now login to your Professional Development account ( go to:, then click on User Sign-On).  If you have any difficulty logging in, please contact our Professional Development office at 319-399-6767.  Once logged in you will find a tab titled My Transcript. 
From this page you can request (at no charge) an official transcript.

Note... Grant Wood Professional Development office will only mail out transcripts at the end of each semester - usually at the end of May, August, and December.
