Code of Ethics

 Code of Ethics is not required for your TN license but it is a class that is required by NAR every three years. 

The current cycle is 2022-2024. 

If you have taken the class within a three year cycle then you are covered until the next cycle begins.

Duties to REALTORS®

Where the word REALTORS® is used in this Code and Preamble, it shall be deemed to include REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®s.

While the Code of Ethics establishes obligations that may be higher than those mandated by law, in any instance where the Code of Ethics and the law conflict, the obligations of the law must take precedence.
