Welcome! My name is Amy Rich. I teach second grade at Fountain Inn Elementary. This is my seventh year teaching second grade but my fourteenth year teaching and I LOVE it! I am from Indiana but moved to Simpsonville when I was five years old; I have been here ever since. I got married in June 2015 to my high school sweetheart, Jay. We have a 6 year old son named Nolan, a 4 year old daughter named Palmer, a 4 year old German Shepherd named Maverick (AKA my shadow), and a 2 year old black lab named Enzo. I am certified in Elementary Education, and graduated from Lander University in 2012. I also have a masters degree from Furman University in school leadership, hoping one day to become a principal. We are a baseball family and BIG fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
