Parent/Teacher Conferences!!

Thank you for taking the time to sign up for a Parent/Teacher Conference for your child.  Conferences will be held October 23rd. 25th and 26th.  Conferences are a wonderful time for parents and teachers to discuss a student's success in the classroom and also a time to collaborate about areas of possible growth.  You may sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences through your child's Skyward account.  Please click HERE for directions on how to sign up.  Please sign up for one time slot for your child.  If you have questions about signing up for a conference or how to access Skyward please contact the school office at 262-376-5705.

Dance your way into Fall!  The WES PTG and KES PTO are sponsoring a Family Fall Dance, full of great music and an opportunity to help support our 4th grade trip to Madison.  October 19th, 6pm-7:30pm in the High School gym.  CLICK HERE to learn more!

Scholastic Book Fair!!

The Woodview PTG is excited to announce the upcoming Scholastic Book Fair theme: "Enchanted Forest-Let your Imagination Grow"!  We are building a team of volunteers that are enthusiastic, creative and talented and we need YOUR help to make it a success!  Please take a moment to view the sign-up: there are several different roles available that may be of interest to you.  Make sure o spread the word and recruit some friends to make this the best book fair ever!

The Woodview Book Fair will be held in the Commons area....
Friday October 19th - during lunch and after school until 4:15 pm
Monday October 22nd - during lunch and after school until 4:15 pm
Tuesday October 23rd - during lunch and after school until 7:30 pm
Wednesday October 24th - during lunch and after school until 4:15 pm
Thursday October 25th - during lunch and after school until 7:30 pm
Friday October 26th - 8:30 am - 10:30 am
**the book fair may be unavailable during some of these times if there are not enough volunteers**

Trivia Night!!

Both the KES and WES parent groups are working hard to make this a fun event and are excited to announce that our very own middle school principal, Kevin Deering, and high school basketball coach, Damon James, will be the MC's for the night!

WES PTG Restaurant Fundraiser!

Grab a pizza for lunch or after conferences at our first restaurant night of the year!  On Tuesday, October 23rd, between the hours of 10am and 9pm, Even Odds Pizza is dontating 50% of sales to the Woodview PTG!CLICK HERE for additional details!  Thank you for supporting our students and staff!!

Grafton Music Parents Fundraiser!

Fundraiser for Grafton Music Parents is going on NOW!  Sale ends on Monday, October 29th!  Pick-up will be before Thanksgiving, on Thursday, November 15th for 2 hours after school is dismissed AT THE SCHOOL YOU SUBMITTED THE ORDER FORM AT.

We are selling Colectivo Coffee, Tea, and Hot Cocoa, and we are profiting $5-$6 for every lb. of coffee and every tin of tea sold!  Plus, you can purchase Colectivo's coffee and tea through our fundraiser for less than you can at their store and at Sendik's.   
Fundraising forms will be sent home to our band and choir groups, but everyone in the district is welcome to sell & more forms are found HERE!
Grafton Music Parents supports the music program by providing:
    1. Money to purchase equipment for the music room not provided through the school's budget.
    2. The cost of guest musicians and field trips to music performances for students in all grade levels.
    3. Fulfilling music wishlists; instruments, music, and classroom needs.
    4. Scholarships to music camps and honor groups.
    5. Financial assistance for choral and band trips at the high school level.

WES Mileage Club needs your HELP!!

These shoes were made for walking!!   The Mileage Club is an activity that takes place during recess, weather permitting and is dependent on parent helpers.  Please consider helping to make the Mileage Club a successful activity for our students!  CLICK HERE for the Signup link!
