Early Release Day Next Week...Please Read!!

Friday, November 30th, is an early release date for the district, when elementary students in grades K5-5 will be released at 11:50 am.  Elementary teachers will be engaging in collaborative professional development opportunities focused on student learning during the afternoon.  PLEASE NOTE:  There are no 4K or Early Childhood AM or PM classes on this day.
Please use this form to indicate your plans for your child(ren) on this early release day.  This form should be completed by Monday, November 26th, so that we can ensure all children have a plan for care in the afternoon.  CLICK HERE for the Early Release Survey Form

It's not too late to order your school portraits!
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to vipis.com
2. Type in the name of your school
3. Click on "School Portraits View & Order"
4. Enter either your students name and ID number OR if you received a reorder card, enter that gallery password.

Your image will appear and an order can be placed.

Believe it or not, we're starting to gear up for Family Fun Night!  If you are doing some shopping this holiday weekend, consider getting something for either our silent auction theme baskets or children's raffle.  You can drop off items anytime in the office.

Family Fun Night Theme Naming Contest! Our theme, as always, is chosen by our amazing Woodview students.  The student(s) who submit the winning theme will win at least 20 tickets to Family Fun Night to use on games, food, the Children’s raffle, etc.  CLICK HERE to submit your best idea(s). A hard copy of this form will be coming home with your child next week.

On Friday, November 30th, the staff has an afternoon of professional development.  We're going to get them started with full stomachs!  Items need to be at school by 11 AM in order to be setup in time.  Slow cookers are available for the taco meat if needed.  Click here for the signup.
