Field Day Sign Up - 12 Volunteers NEEDED!

The PTG once again needs your help for Field Day which is held on the last day of school, Friday May 25th.  We still need 12 more volunteers to make this a fun filled event for our students. Please sign up using this link.

Last Day of School - May 25th

Summer break is just around the corner.  Next week Friday is our last full day of school!  Please make sure to pick up all of your child's belongings (medications, school supplies, lost and found items, etc.) by the end of the day!  All items left behind will be disposed of or donated as appropriate.  Due to the construction, we have no way of safely storing these items. Thank you!

Medication Pick up

It is time to start thinking about picking up your child's medication from school.  All over-the-counter medications can be picked up at any time.  Emergency medications (and over-the-counter medications) must be picked up on the final day of school, May 25th.  A note was sent home with children that have medication here at school.  Medication can not be sent home with children for safety concerns.  Any medication not picked up will be disposed of as we have no way to safely store it.  Any questions, please contact Jenny Jeutter in the Health Room 262-376-5766 or email jjeutter@grafton.k12.wi.us

Family Fitness Night - May 18th

Join us for our Family Fitness Night on May 18th at WES.  Please check your kids take home folders for info coming home.  Check in will start at 4-4:30.  All activities will end around 6:30pm.  Please email James Norris (jnorris@grafton.k12.wi.us) the following information if you plan on attending: Last Name, Student Name, Student Grade Level, and Number of People attending.  Thank you and see you there!!

Community Art Project

4th Grade Girl Scouts - Shoe Drive

The 4th grade Girl Scout Juniors are collecting new and used shoes to be sent to Africa.  All sizes and types are accepted.  Please drop off shoes now through May 18th in the box outside the office.

Bridges in Mathematics - new elementary math curriculum for 2018-19

Elementary students will be using Bridges in Mathematics as their new math curriculum in the 2018-19 school year.  Please read this introductory letter from Dianna Kresovic, Director of Teaching and Learning, for detailed information about Bridges and how it will benefit our students!

4th Grade Band Sign-up

Attention fourth grade students and parents: it’s time to sign up for band!

Fourth grade students have the opportunity this spring to try the instruments of the band and sign up to begin band in the fall.


Students will try the instruments in their music class and bring home information about signing up for band (information is also linked here).  Once families are ready to sign up, all they need to do is visit this link.
