Project Summary
An Investigation Into The Fuel Usage And Product Production of Paraffin Wax Candles

My project sets out to find how much oxygen does the average paraffin wax candle use, to see how much carbon dioxide that it replaces the used oxygen, and at what rate the reactants are used up and products are produced. The candle wax used for this experiment was the specifically chosen and researched alkane, paraffin wax (non-scented), its chemical formula approximated to C20H45.
