Stewkley Mindfulness Centre Courses and Events:

All mindfulness teaching reflects the UK Mindfulness Trainers' Good Practice Guidelines

Mindfulness Meditation Practice Sessions

At Stewkley Mindfulness one hour plus sessions of group mindfulness practice are available, ideal for those who find it helpful to support their individual practice. If you are beginner to mindfulness meditation it may be possible to join one of these sessions – contact me to find out more.

Session cost £10. Phone or email to book your place, up to 24 hours before the session date:

Evening sessions: 7pm - 8.30pm Wednesday 31st January, Wednesday 28th February, Wednesday 21st March


Compassion Workshop: Saturday 28th April 2018 10am - 4pm Cost £55. A day of mindful compassion training, with Sarah Lovatt, another teacher of 8 week mindfulness courses, who has also completed the Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living training and attended workshops at the Compassionate Mind foundation. For this workshop it is essential to have some experience of mindfulness, whether that is completing an 8 week course or having explored mindfulness yourself. It will be a  day of exercises and mindful compassion practices; it will be great self-care and a way of connecting with inner joy. There will be a maximum of 8 participants, all places to be pre-booked and paid for. Do contact me if you have any questions.Bring your own lunch, other refreshments provided.

8 Week Mindfulness for Well-Being Course: at Stewkley Mindfulness Centre, Dates TBC  Cost £210. Limited to 7 places. (taking a break from running courses at present due to work commitments elsewhere, but email me to go on mailing list to keep up to date with changes - still available for one to one teaching)

 ( One to one teaching available, £50 per 1.5 hour session. Or you can commission me to run a group at your premises)

Day of Mindfulness: at Stewkley Mindfulness, Saturday date TBC Cost £35. A day of mindfulness practice, giving you an opportunity to really come back to yourself in a space of quiet and calm, supporting your own daily practice and giving it a boost. There will be some silent practice later in the day and some time for sharing.It is helpful if you have experienced mindfulness before. Bring your own lunch, other refreshments provided. Maximum 6 places.


Mindful Parenting Day: date TBC Cost £55. A day of how mindfulness can help with parenting, with Sarah Lovatt, another teacher of 8 week mindfulness courses. It is helpful if you have experienced mindfulness before, but not essential. We have run this day several times now over the last two years. It will include some mindfulness practice and looking at how this relates to the work of parenting, with some specific ideas to take away. "Be the change you want to see" is the motto for the day.Bring your own lunch, other refreshments provided.
