Adding Pages

1.  In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click on the Create page button.

2.  Select a template for your page (the kind of page you would like to create) and then a name for the page.

If you are unsure of which type of page you would like to create, listed below is a description of each page type.
 Page Type

A Web Page is a page where you can add text, images, tables, insert Google Docs, videos and gadgets.  The Web Page provides flexibility in adjusting formatting.  Think of the Web Page as a "blank Word document."

An Announcements page makes it easy to share news, announcements, status updates, or upcoming events.  This page can be used as a communication tool and notifying site visitors of important information.

A File Cabinet page allows you to upload, store, and organize files and documents.  This allows you to easily share files with your site visitors.

A List page allows you to track information using templates such as the ones listed below.

3.  You will also want to select where you page will be placed in your navigation.  If you select Put page at the top level, it will appear the same way Google Sites, How-To Information, Conferences, Example Sites and Sitemap do on the navigation of this site.  If you select Put page under Home, it will appear the same way Creating a Site, Adding Pages, Editing, etc. do on the navigation of this site.

4.  Click on the Create Page button at the bottom of the page to create your page.
