Army X Registration 2020

Registration Information

Registration is OPEN for the 2020 Wisconsin Army Cadets Xperience. Please gather all of the required information and complete the Registration Form. You can not save your information and return later to complete the Form.

If you have already completed your online registration in our system please complete the following tasks:

  1. Print the Army Xperience payment confirmation form, complete, attach check and mail.
  2. Download the attached hold harmless forms for ALL adult and youth. Have attendees complete these forms prior to the event and either mail them in advance or hand carry them to the event.

IMPORTANT: After you complete the online form please print and complete the cover sheet for Confirmation and Payment, and Hold Harmless forms for Youth and Adults. Immediately after you complete the registration please mail in your full payment and Cover Sheet to secure your spot. All Hold Harmless forms (for youth and adults) must be completed and either mailed in advance or bring them to the event. Adults and Youth without a Hold Harmless form will not be allowed to participate.

Download and complete the Confirmation and Payment Form. Submit with full payment.

Army Cadets Experience Hold Harmless (Youth).doc

Download and print the Youth Hold Harmless Form. All youth attending the event must complete the form to participate.

Army Cadets Experience Hold Harmless (Adult).doc

Download and print the Adult Hold Harmless Form. All adults attending the event must complete the form to participate.

Sorry, no refunds after individuals have been registered, however replacements can be made up until the week prior to the event. Non-attendees who are not replaced will receive all materials (provided on site to unit leader including uniform items, gifts, patch, etc).
