assists in this school-sponsored fundraiser to help raise money for the
Cultural Arts programs. A vendor provides materials and education on how the
fundraiser is to be conducted. The chairpersons assist in distributing,
gathering and calculating orders as well as organizing incentive programs for
the children who participate including the “Limo Lunch.” The Chair then works
closely with the vice-principal to set up the lunch date and time and helps to
coordinate and distribute information out to the particular students who
participated. If pictures are done,
those pictures are distributed to the students or on the Monday Message.
