Message from the School Counselor:
Dear Students and Families,
I am hoping that you are doing well because I miss seeing you at school!
Please remember that all of this quarantine will pass. It is important to take care of our mental health. This means that we might sometimes feel anxious or nervous, sad or lonely, bored, and just not happy as normal. We are in unsure times and these feelings are all normal. Sometimes we feel like we don't have any control in this situation but there are some things we can control. Let's stay positive and try to take this as a learning experience, just like a normal school day, we are always learning!
