1.  Keep your feet under your hips with a slight bend in the knees.  Your hands should be outside your legs.
 
2.  Chest out and shoulder blades pulled together.

3.  Push your hips back and slide the bar down your thighs.  Keep your back tight and go down until roughly mid-shin.

4.  Keep your back straight and head up the entire time.
