From the Health Office
Here are some guidelines from the Health Office to make for a happier and healthier school year for your child.
Your child should be without fever (less than 100.0) for 24 hours before returning to school.Your child should be with vomiting/diarrhea for 24 hrs. before returning to school.If bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye) is diagnosed then the student must receive treatment for 24 hrs prior to reentry to school.
If your child is excluded for any of the above reasons they are also excluded from extra-curricular activities (sports, dances, ect

New York State Requirements
A written doctor's order
Written Authorization from Parent
The medication MUST BE in it's original container
If all requirements are not met, no medication will be given in school.
