Dean's Student Advisory Committee

The Dean’s Student Advisory Committee provides a forum for students to have input into the management and leadership postures of the JPHCOPH. The DSAC is dedicated to serving and promoting communication between the administration, faculty, staff and student body.

Main Goals:
  • To make the Dean aware of student concerns
  • To allow the Dean to discuss important issues with student representatives
  • To communicate information between the student body and administration

Committee Members:
The committee consist of two representatives, a returning student and a new student, from each program within the college.
Representatives are self-nominated and elected by each specific cohort every August, though an online election process including narratives. Those who serve on the committee as a new student have the option of continuing the following years as the returning student, without the need for re-election.
