Welcome to Georgia Benefits Counsel!

At Georgia Benefits Counsel, we will provide free legal services to Georgians in same-sex relationships.  While other attorneys work diligently to change the law through impact litigation and legislation, we will strive to help Georgians in the here and now by providing immediate relief within the framework of existing law.  And here's the catch: our services will be free.

If you are a person in a same-sex relationship and want to protect your personal and property rights, please contact us or continue reading about our services.

Currently we are waiting for the IRS to process our application for tax-exempt status.  We plan to start providing services in summer 2010.

Please check back often and donate today to help us get off the ground! Thank you!
