Please remind you child to return their library books.  We still have some overdue books floating around out there and they want to come home.
The children are not be able to check out  new books until the old ones come back.

We are so blessed to have a large collection of both fiction and non-fiction books in the GEDS library, so their is something here for everyone! Students and parents can use our library catalog from home and click on Destiny Quest to get useful information about the books in our collection. Students are strongly encouraged to search the catalog from home, so that they can come to the library media center ready to find books that suit both their needs and their tastes.

Accelerated Reader Program

This program allows students to earn points for successfully completely quizzes on the books they've read independently.

AR Home Connect allows you to view the tests taken by your child so you can see them progressing from one reading level to the next. It also allows you to see how well they are comprehending the books they are reading so that you can feel confident that they are choosing the right books for their current reading level. Simply log in using the user name and password your child uses to take tests at school.
