Global Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS MADE BY CLIENTS
Any changes to Client’s scheduled cleaning date must be called in before Client’s scheduled cleaning. A fee will be applied to Client’s next payment for late changes and cancellations. Where Client cancels 2 or more scheduled cleanings in a row, or Client’s home undergoes any kind of renovation, the following cleaning will be considered same as first time cleaning.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MADE BY Global Cleaning Services
In case of a sickness or a vacation of our regular technician, an alternate cleaning technician will clean your home as scheduled without further notice. Same quality of service is guaranteed, or our cleaning technician will return to fix anything we have missed.
CONCERNS AND COMPLAINS
If there is anything our cleaning technicians have missed cleaning in Client’s home, Client must call Global Cleaning Services on the same day the home was cleaned. Our technicians will return within 48 hrs to fix it.
NO ACCESS TO CLIENT’S HOME
Where Client fails to provide access to our cleaning professionals on the scheduled cleaning day, a fee will be applied to Client’s next payment.
