She is a kindergarten teacher here at Red Smith and was a high school and college runner with a passion that continues for running and coaching runners. Welcome Coach Wood!

8/20/19: The first day of practice is 2 weeks from today. If you have not started your pre-season training yet, it can only help to start now! 3-5 easy distance runs each of the next 2 weeks will help lay the foundation we can then build on when the season starts. Feel free to get together with teammates if possible :)

REMINDER: A ride sheet needs to be turned in if an athlete is being picked up from the meet location. Once you turn in your ride sheet, you are free to go.
