This is my fifteenth year at North Belmont Elementary and I truly believe I'm at the best school in the county! In the past I have taught grades 3-5. I am currently the School Library Media Coordinator.

I graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I also graduated from East Carolina with a Master of Library Science.

Gastonia is my hometown. When I'm not at school I enjoy hanging out with friends and family!

What I Love to do: Eat cake, zip-lining, whitewater rafting, travel, put my toes in the sand, watch the sun rise and set, count my blessings, read outside, sing Disney songs (even though I'm not very good at it), laugh, listen to the waves hit the shore, smell pages of new books, go on long walks, soak in the beauty of Fall, pray, hold my husband's hand, hug my sons, design with my cricut machine, drink coffee, read curled up in a chair with a blanket, talk with friends, shop with my mom and sister, Pinterest projects, watch football (shh.. don't tell my husband. I pretend I don't like it), and, of course, being a librarian!
