Maryland

One of 4 of the 13 colonies:

Maryland was founded 1633 by Lord Baltimore and others, at Baltimore. Maryland is located in the center of the Eastern Seaboard. One of the first colonists to arrive in Maryland arrived at St. Clement's Island on Maryland's western shore and found the settlement of St. Mary's. The founding of Maryland marks the beginning of a new plan in colony building in North America. Maryland State Map after the 1763-1767 Mason-Dixon Line, 233 miles between Maryland and Pennsylvania, and an 82 mile boundary with Delaware; the Potomac River, which is owned by Maryland, serves as the border between Maryland and Virginia, and, beginning with the Civil War, West Virginia.

Flag of Maryland:
Commanding officer George Armistead wanted a flag so large that the British had no problem seeing it from far away. The flag of the colony of Maryland was originally two flags until the thought of wanting it large then it was made into one large flag. The flags of these colonies then made a dominant national symbol. The American flag continues to represent freedom, democracy, and the intangible nature of "what it means to be an American."

Wanted:

If someone was wanted then the reward would be around $50.00 to $200 depending on who the person was and their punishment would be prosecution as soon as they were found and returned. Many people during this time would run out of town but be found easily. Most of these people were found and killed but the best time to run out of town is at night so you have time to escape until morning and you'll be heading farther away from the town. Only very few people would escape.
