A block of rooms has been secured at the Country Springs Hotel and Conference Center for our group.

Before booking your room, please note these important points:

• Cost of a standard deluxe non-smoking room, single or double occupancy, is $104 plus tax. Estimated inclusive cost per night is $118.
• Children under 16 may share the same room with parents at no additional charge. Additional adults over 2 per room are charged at $10 per night.
• Executive Suites are available for $149 plus tax per night. Please speak to the reservationist for more details.
• Standard room rate includes up to 4 passes to the Water Park, continental breakfast on weekday mornings, complimentary wireless internet.
• Upon booking your room, the 1st night and tax will be immediately charged to your credit card.
• You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance with a $25 (flat) cancellation fee. Rooms canceled within 48 hours waive the full deposit.
• Any cancelation due to emergency will be reviewed for full refund upon request.
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
• Hotel does not guarantee specific room types, however they will provide requests to the best of their ability.
