This session focuses on how to use a gas camping stove safely and explores the variety of meals possible and suitable for creating outdoors with limited resources.
It is extremely important that students follow the teacher guidance and the instructions worksheet to avoid any accidents.
In session 4, we will cover aspects of remaining safe when out walking/hiking as a group as well as some basic health and safety information. We will also carry out some roleplaying of several scenarios that require you to apply first aid knowledge.
