It's wonderful to learn that you're all still supporting Waterford students. Your support opened doors to such enriching experiences in my life. Its great to hear from you.
I am currently waiting to hear from Duke business school in a couple of weeks. I am hoping to get into healthcare consulting and Duke has a concentration on healthcare that would put me in a better position to transition into the healthcare space.
Please send my regards to the rest of the staff.

I hope you're well. I have finally graduated from Middlebury College. Graduation for me was a time of reflection- I thought about the people that decided to believe in me and supported me in every way. I am so grateful for everything you and the staff members of UWCSEA did for me whilst I was Waterford- I graduated because of the stepping stones that others laid out ahead for me.
For our last annual dinner with the Davis: Shelby and Gale, the UWC seniors of Middlebury College devised a game that literally mapped the relationships that have been fostered by Shelby's generosity. We sat in a round table with the Davis and passed around a ball of thread and shared our connections and experiences and at the end of the game we had a web of thread across the table. Thank you for part of the process that enabled me to sit at that round table with such a dynamic group of individuals whose lives have become an intricate part of mine.
I have since moved to New York and working as a business analyst for ALaS Consulting-- we consult for financial firms. It's been a week on the job and I am glad I made the decision to join the company. The experience and skills will be invaluable—and also give me a chance to think through which graduate program I may do in the near future. For straight after undergraduate it was an easier decision to make, whether to stay in the US or go back to Swaziland and I can only imagine that it will only get harder. I can only hope that the decisions I make will honor all the people that have invested in me and supported me. I also hope other Swazi students will be encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities and the doors that Waterford Kamhlaba and all the other UWCs open.
I look forward to connecting with other UWC alumns in the area and in this part of the world.
Please send my regards to other staff members.
Regards,
Nondumiso
