Under 16
Under 16 training continues on Monday nights in Gaa from 7.45 to 9.00  Wednesday after school in the Marist College and Saturday Morning in Gaa from 10.15 to 12.00. All sessions to start and finish on time.
The Under 16 team have played 3 challenge games so far this season, while a win has eluded them so far, great progress has being made by several players this year, Connor Devaney, Dermot Tracey and Joe Finucan among others who are making great progress.
After an injury plagued season last year Sean Killgarriff has returned to produce 3 excellent displays. If Sean can keep out of the injured zone and stay on the pitch coupled with the continued overall improvement of the squad the prospects of a competitive and enjoyable summers hurling is imminent.
The club would like to congratulate Shane Galvin ,who has being handed the Captains armband for the year and Adriane Garvey who will be Vice Captain. Both players are deemed to be leaders on and off the pitch. Their enthusiasm to hurl is never in doubt and their ability to lead by example are all traits of the kind of players that are coveted by teams who want to improve and progress. So the best off luck to the two lads.
