Senator Melinda Bush Internships

Students interested in volunteering for State Senator Melinda Bush during the summer months may apply for an internship by filling out this form and submitting it to the Senator's office.  Opportunities are available in both Zion and Grayslake.

Zion Benton Aquatic Center

During the school year we offer swim lessons and community swim to the public. There are volunteer opportunities of all kinds available varying from assisting in the water with lessons to general facility cleaning. Most hours are on Saturday and Sundays but there are a few evening shifts during the week. If you are interested in more information or to volunteer please contact Mrs. Kohler via email at or phone at 847-731-9424.

Great Lakes Regional Games:  Competition for Athletes with a Visual or Physical Disability

When:  June 8th-June 12th (Volunteer for one or more shifts)

Where:  Lake Forest High School & Loyola 

What:  Volunteer to help with events (swim, track, powerlifting, etc.)

Compliance Checks with the Zion Police Department
The ZPD needs youth volunteers to ensure that local establishments are not serving or selling alcohol and tobacco to minors.  To participate, please fill out these forms and submit them to Mrs. Will in the IMC.  If your application is selected by the Zion Police Department, you will be called directly by an officer to set up the day/time of the checks.  Checks are done four times per year.  Please click on the link on the bottom left-hand side of the page to view and print the forms.
