  • Depart from school – Wednesday, November 2. Be at school no later than 7:30 a.m. Go to the gym and look for the sign with your cabin number. Check in with your adult chaperone and remain in that group until called to load buses. Parents please DO NOT PARK in the bus line!  Students, eat a good breakfast and take any daily medication before you come to school.
  • ANY DAILY MEDICATION LISTED ON THE HEALTH FORM MUST BE TAKEN TO CAMP! MEDICATION MUST BE TURNED IN by an adult on Oct. 31- Nov.1 between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. to our school nurse.  WE WILL NOT COLLECT MEDICATION THE DAY WE LEAVE.  Follow the directions on the medication packing sheet given.
  • Pack according to the “Bring-Along List” you were given in your registration packet. Bring ONE overnight bag and one bedroll.
  • Do NOT bring any food, snacks, or gum! These are not allowed in cabins. You may want to purchase a t-shirt for @$20.
  • Arrive back at school – Friday, November 4th by 2:00 p.m. Someone must pick you up from school at 2:00 p.m. You cannot ride the bus home with your camping equipment. Parents please DO NOT PARK in the bus line!
  • You may not bring cell phones or other electronic game devices. Cameras are welcome! Cameras only!
  • Bring your happy face, positive attitude, and good manners. We are going to have a fabulous trip!

2017 Washington & Williamsburg Trip 

Registration forms and contract forms may be picked up in the office at Williams Intermediate School.  The cost is $749 per student and $794 for adults.  

A non-refundable deposit is of $200 per person is due by 8/20/16

*Travel America is taking passengers on a first come basis.  The first 45 to register will fill the first bus.  Then next passengers to register will be placed on a waiting list until that list reaches 45 then they will secure a second bus.  Travel America is anticipating a large turnout based on this past spring trip so it is important to register as soon as possible. 

            Tyson Project A+

If you purchase Tyson food products this year please snip and send in the A+ label.  This is a fundraiser for the school and we can use your support.  They look like the image below.

          Parent Volunteers

We do not have a continuous need for parent volunteers, but there are times throughout the year that we will need your help. If you would like to volunteer for special occasions, please email our guidance counselor with your information. Please include days and or times that you are available.

Volunteers are welcome to come help monitor the lunchroom ANY day of the week.  All you need to do is to sign up in the front office. 
5th period lunch is 11:25-12:14
6th period lunch is 12:17-1:06
