Corporal Mulwee is married and has four kid's. Charles graduated from Seneca high school and attended Charleston southern on a track scholarship. While there, Charles majored in Sociology / Criminal Justice. After college Charles moved to Bridgeport, CT where he worked in loss prevention as a loss prevention manger for companies such as Sears, Kohl's, and Caldors. Stratford Town Fair. In 2006 Charles was hired by Clemson University as a police officer. While working there he was also certified as a dispatcher, in which he is still certified to do. Charles started mentoring various Clemson students in 2011 . Every Monday night he would meet with them on campus and discuss college life, peer pressure etc. In 2012 Charles was awarded officer of the year for Clemson university. Once at the Oconee County Sheriff's Office Charles continued his volunteering at several elementary schools as a mentor on his days off from working the Road Patrol. In 2014 Charles was awarded a life saving award . Then in 2015 he was awarded a officer of the year award from the Seneca American legion for the county of Oconee. In September of 2016 Charles was awarded the "Service to Mankind Award " by the Seneca Sertoma Club. For the past 2 years Charles has coached a 10 and under boys basketball team for the Seneca Recreation Department. Charles has been in law enforcement for a total of 10 years. Charles has been mentoring to kids for 6 years and has been assigned to an elementary SRO position for 3 years. Mentoring is a passion of his and he loves the early intervention with the kids.
