Welcome to my website! My name is Wesley Harris and I am a 5th year Ph.D. student in the John E. Walker Department of Economics at Clemson University, graduating in May 2014.

I have a primary field in Public Economics and secondary fields in Financial Economics, Monetary Economics, and Applied Econometrics.

My current research examines the trends in the Political Geography of the United States and the role urbanization has on electoral preferences and electoral outcomes.

In my spare time, I like to read, discuss politics, spend time with my friends and my Golden Retriever, Keynes

I will be attending and be available for interview at the ASSA meetings in Philadelphia in January 2014.
