Anger Management Strategies:

  • Count backwards from 10.
  • Take 3 deep breaths.*
  • Think peaceful thoughts. 
  • Find a quiet place.
  • Talk to someone.
  • Tell yourself calming statements. 
  • Lie down and relax.
  • Tense your body- then relax it.*
