1st Edition
Eastern European Exploratory Workshop on Political Culture
                                            December 7-8, 2016 --- Virtual Workshop

EEEW-PC'2016 General Theme:
Europe and the Climate Migration

EEEW-PC'2016 aims at providing a complex view upon the dynamics of political cultures in Europe and a set of research instruments in political and social methodology which enhance the analysis and forecasting of potential short- and mid-term political culture evolutions under the impact of latest EU instability trends and migration phenomena in Europe.

The complex view on the European political cultures dynamics could be achieved by mapping the dynamics of citizens’ values, political attitudes and behaviors onto the dynamics of political instability phenomena in Europe generated mainly by social and political perceptions of a potential EU structural crisis and also by the massive short-term immigration phenomena.

The workshop's main goal is to offer an interdisciplinary framework for three challenging research areas: (1) Political Culture, (2) Democratic Society, and (3) Political Methodology.

EEEW-PC’2016 is organized by the Eastern European Research Group on Political Attitudes and Mentalities (EPAM),  European Political Culture Association (EPCA) and European Center for Political Culture Analysis & Modelling.
