• Form in FormSpace (General Forms > Request for Added Rights) but very few will be approved

Student Set up

• I will be meeting with the 7th & 8th Grade students through ILA classes the second week of school to set up Schoology/Learning Hub

• 6th Grade will be set up through Tech Apps classes

Reminders:

• No screen/projector moving

• iDevices - if you use one at school, please don't let it sync.

• Google Sites - clean up and update

• When you log in, you are agreeing to Responsible User Policy whether you read it or not.

• Computer belongs to the district - no personal stuff

• Teachers have 1 GB of space on H drive. They are capped.

• Teachers have 25 GB of space on Outlook.

• Teachers/spouses should not modify settings or download without tech permission.

• H drives are backed up once a week.

• You should lock your computer when you leave the room. Crtl/Alt/Delete, Lock Workstation OR Windows-L

• No long folder names
