Hi there!! 

Welcome to Second Grade!

I am so honored to be your child's 2nd grade teacher. My priorities this year are to ensure that your child feels safe and loved every single day. I also believe that in order for each kiddo to have a successful year, it is essential for parents, teachers, and students to be on the same team. So please never hesitate to reach out. (: I will always make time to meet the needs of our children. 

2023 - 2024 will be my 5th year teaching second grade. I actually student taught at Sem Elementary during my senior year at UNT. Then my first year teaching a crazy pandemic hit!! I have learned so much these past few years and I continue to learn more every year. I feel so lucky to teach at Sem again. I truly believe that our school is a very special place.
