Hello Mooneyham!!!  My name is Amy Trahan.  I am so excited to meet  my new Kindergarten students and their families!  This year marks my 17th year in education and my 10th year teaching Kindergarten at Mooneyham. I taught first grade in New Orleans for three years  and Kindergarten in Plano for three years. I am originally  from New Orleans,  where I met my husband Joe, and we have been married for 22 years.  We have two beautiful daughters Sophia, and Sydney, who is in high school at Lone Star.  We have two dogs, Olive and Cali. I enjoy reading, painting, and spending time with my family.   We love getting out on the lake together for some fun in the sun!   I am looking forward to building relationships with my students and their families this year!  I absolutely love teaching Kinder and seeing how much my students grow each year!!
