What is a Twitter Chat?
Twitter chats, sometimes known as a Twitter party or a tweet chat, happen when a group of people all tweet about the same topic using a specific hashtag (#) that allows it to be followed on Twitter. The chats are at a specific time.

How to Participate in a Chat
Create a Twitter account if you don't already have one.
During the time of the chat, use twitter.com, tweetdeck.twitter.com, or an app to access Twitter.
Search for the chat's hashtag (Ex: #FISDchat).
Read the conversation.
Participate as you see fit. Include the hashtag (Ex: #FISDchat) and A1, A2, A3, etc. in your replies.
