TurnItIn's Canvas integration has been purchased by Curriculum & Instruction for High School teachers. Note: We do not have access to TurnItIn's website functions.

Troubleshooting:
The Canvas course must be in a High School sub-account. To check, in the S1/S2 course click Settings then Course Details. Contact your campus DLC to move your course if needed.
Google Drive "file upload" submissions will not work. To use TurnItIn with a Google file, students must download their work as a PDF or Word and then upload the file instead of connecting directly to Google Drive.
When creating a Canvas assignment, do NOT check the Submission Indexing box for Rough Drafts. If a rough draft is indexed, the final copy will show a very high percentage of plagiarism (90-100%) as it is compared to the indexed rough draft.
