HOLA! Welcome to my world! My name is Mrs. Karlsson. I want to share a little bit about myself and my journey. I was born in Lima, Peru and moved to New York when I was 7. I did not speak a word of English (Can you believe that?!?) Since I was young, I knew that I always wanted to become a teacher. I was INSPIRED by my teachers. They helped students like myself to learn and achieve their goals. It wasn't always easy but they believed in me. My teachers too were inspired by my motivation, dedication and commitment. Now I'm on my 16th year of teaching! INSPIRATION has been the motivate to where I am today. I love to help others, travel the world, watch "futbol", dance but most importantly spending time with my family!! "I want to continue to INSPIRE and be INSPIRED by others. " - Maestra
