GENERAL GUIDELINES:  Check the contents of your child's speech folder following their session(s).  Review any worksheets that might be placed in the folder.  Note the skill that was practiced.  Think about how you can take the skills and incorporate them into your conversation.
Use good speech habits with your child.
Praise their efforts.
ARTICULATION:  Home practice is an
 important component of every child's
 success in improving their articulation
skills.  I encourage you to work with your
child 5-10 minutes per day during the
school year and during vacations.  Daily
practice will help your child reach their
goal more quickly.  Articulation is a habit.
Through regular practice your child will be
able to habituate their new skill by
increasing muscle memory for this task.
