The Early Care and Education Program, located on the SUNY Fredonia campus, is licensed by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. This accreditation has established guidelines used for our developmentally appropriate curriculum and embrace all areas of a child's development: physical, social/emotional, creative, cognitive, and language.
The Children's Center operates between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and serves children between the ages of 8 weeks old through 5 years old. The Center is open all year, with the exception of designated holidays and two in-service days.
Tuition fees are based on each family's household income and size. A sibling scholarship may be available for families with more than one child enrolled. Tuition subsidy may also be available to income eligible student parents. The center requires that each child enroll for a minimum of 2 days per week.
