To create a safe, nurturing environment; where rules and procedures are carefully implemented to ensure an ideal learning environment.

Each and every student will be  given the opportunity, construct, and make meaning.

Align curriculum and instruction to meet the Common Core State Standards.

Create collaborative partnerships with students, families, and colleagues.

Have instruction driven by daily forms of authentic assessment both informal and informal.
