Schedule Change Request Form

Schedules have been created based on student requests. The first priority deadline for changes has passed.

If there is a problem or a correction needed, please follow the procedure to request a change and submit your request to the main office by August 22. Requests will be reviewed on August 23, however, changes may not be possible based on class size or availability. Students are advised to complete all summer assignments. The schedule change form is available here.

No schedule changes will be considered after the first seven days of the semester.
