Jazz Band is open to grades 6-8 students and meets on Thursdays from 2:30-4:00. Late buses area available most days. Students who want to take the late bus must wait in the cafeteria until 5:00pm. Preferred instruments are: alto, tenor and bari sax, trumpet, trombone, drum set, piano, electric bass and guitar. A limited number of flute and clarinet players will be accepted to play along on the parts listed above. Jazz Band enrollment is limited to 35 members for mobility reasons -therefore, auditions will be held if necessary. Jazz Band Sign-Up form, Schedule & Polo Shirt Order forms are posted below.
