Meghan Jones

Meet the teacher:

I, Meghan Jones, am the Transition Coordinator at Flour Bluff High School, serving students with disabilities to assist them in planning for their lives post high school.  I also run the Community Based Instruction/READY, SET, GO 18+ Vocational Program in which we educate students on obtaining their post secondary goals. My students work on vocational skills in the community and in the classroom, skills of which are necessary for employment post high school.  In addition, I work with students to also gain daily living skills (i.e. hygiene, household tasks, budgeting, grocery shopping, etc).  I am excited to work with my students and families this year to ensure the students achieve success in their adult lives!
