Meet the teacher: Hello! I am the High School Read Right teacher. I am excited to be starting my 14th year at Flour Bluff. I am the head Jr. High Cross Country coach and I am the head Girls Track coach at the High School. I have been teaching and coaching for 29 years. I am married to Jim Dugan and we have two daughters that go to Flour Bluff. I am happy to be a part of such a wonderful school and district. GO HORNETS! CPH!
