Elementary Art classes focus on developing art skills, techniques, and art appreciation. Students explore different media and concepts as they learn about the Elements of Art and Principles of Design. Art history is intertwined with projects as students learn about famous artists, art styles, and art as part of culture. Whenever possible, art projects tie into themes taught in their regular academic classes. Each elementary class has Art class every four days.
